Positive: Excellent location, right in the city center, close to the Loire River, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own charm. Parking is close and quite convenient. There’s a jacuzzi in the apartment, the beds are comfortable, and there’s a coffee machine. A great option for travelers.
Negative: Due to its location/architecture, it’s a bit dark. You need to change the bed yourself and take out the trash, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, we really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Positive: Excellent location within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit, as well as the main tram line. Across the road from the market with a small grocery store nearby. Interesting decor in a highly functional layout optimised for such a small place. Very well equipped. Kitchen had all the necessities and the balneo was most welcome and enjoyable. Once we had properly read the instructions to access the place, entry and departure were straightforward and we appreciated it was a ground floor flat since we had luggage for a longish trip with us. The place was very quiet considering others live in the building. Our host very kindly accommodated our request for an early checkin, which we really appreciated.
Negative: One drawback of the location is the access to the flat requires a short walk through a dingy hallway filled with rubbish bins, however, this did not substantially reduce our enjoyment of the spot. Probably a reality of the space, but there were only 3 small drawers for putting away clothes, and only (very clever) hangers for coats and scarves in the entry, nothing for clothes.
Summary: Excellent location, unexpectedly delightful decor, a treat to start our holiday.

Positive: Suat’s property was in a perfect location, central to all shops, restaurants and very close to the River. The apartment was perfect for a couple (wouldn’t do any more than 2 people). And the bathtub was an unwinding, blissful dream.
Negative: N/A - there was nothing bad to say about the property.

Positive: The location of the property is the selling point. The owner is also responsive to enquiries.
Negative: The bathroom and toilet are not practical. A) basin so tiny that it is impossible to properly wash your face. Additionally it is positioned at right angle to the heater which makes washing difficult without hitting the heated rails. B) The separation of WC & shower unit is so far apart that it doesnt make sense. C) The size of “bath towel” is the equivalent of “hand towel” and no spare toilet papers D) No hook to hang towels or clothes in the shower E) No shelving to place shampoo and shower soap etc F) the washer is in need of proper cleaning
Summary: I think there are better options. We didnt enjoy our stay.
